Admin — The role with full operational and administrative capabilities, including user management, catalog management, and Trash. (Users & Roles)

Editable Version — A user-visible saved version of an estimate. (Versions & History)

Estimate — One client/property record containing one or more Sketches, with statuses Draft, In Progress, Completed, Archived. (Estimate Lifecycle)

Estimator — The role that creates estimates; by default accesses only assigned estimates.

Final Sketch — The clean, client-facing JPG/PDF document generated from an estimate. (Final Sketch Export)

Internal Revision — An invisible technical recovery/audit snapshot (not user-visible).

Office Manager — The role that creates estimates and accesses all estimates, without administrative powers.

Pricing Profile — Regular (default, master Regular Price table) or Roofer (selected Roofer profile’s rates + commission). (Pricing Profiles)

Proposal — An alternative commercial package within an estimate (e.g. Proposal A — Right Side). (Proposals)

Regular Price — The standard customer pricing term. Never “Homeowner Price”.

Roofer Profile — A roofer partner definition: abbreviation, icon color, 6/7 in K Style rates, minimum fee reference, commission. (Admin Panel)

Scope of Work (SOW) — The commercial configuration built automatically from canvas elements: specifications, product rows, proposals. (Scope of Work)

Sketch — One independently measured area (canvas + SOW + proposals) inside an estimate; an estimate may contain several. (Estimate Lifecycle)

Working Copy — The autosaved edit session derived from an Editable Version. (Versions & History)
