Acceptance Criteria

The MVP is ready for pilot only when all of the following pass:

1. No estimate data is lost after app closure, crash, or internet loss.
2. Map Capture provides an accurate Compass/bearing indicator and north-up reset, and the Compass never appears in the captured background or JPG.
3. A user can finish and export an estimate offline after map capture.
4. Blank/Image/Camera estimates can start offline with cached catalog data.
5. Canvas measurements, grouping, symbol quantities, and configured default footage calculate correctly.
6. Manual measurement and price overrides follow the documented rules.
7. Conditional fields never offer invalid Material/Color combinations.
8. Custom Size, Custom Color, TBD Color, and the SOW-only Custom item validate and export according to their distinct rules.
9. The Choose Roofer dropdown is searchable by full name or unique Abbreviation and shows the Roofer’s identifying color icon without obsolete Lower/Standard/Higher levels.
10. Downspout prices automatically follow their connected 6 in/7 in Gutter configuration, including Proposal-specific alternatives and manual-override warnings.
11. Proposal creation from selected SOW items, duplication, editable area titles, shared physical measurement updates, pricing, and export visibility are correct.
12. Roofer Final Sketch documents contain no financial information or obsolete internal price-level indicators.
13. Regular Final Sketch documents show the correct Proposal totals without per-item Proposal pricing.
14. Adaptive JPG/PDF output uses space efficiently for one or multiple Proposals, remains readable at every supported composition, is complete, correctly branded, and manually uploadable to Jobber.
15. The correct Estimator name/signature rule is applied.
16. Role permissions are enforced.
17. Only one user can edit the same Editable Version at a time.
18. Force Unlock cannot permit a stale offline session to overwrite newer work.
19. Version replacement, Save as New Version, protected baseline recovery, and Trash restoration work as specified.
20. Old estimates remain unchanged after catalog, color, Roofer, price, commission, abbreviation, or identifying-color updates.
21. Tablet drawing works with finger and stylus; desktop and mobile editors remain functional.
22. No critical or data-loss defect remains open.
