Pilot Plan

• Duration: two weeks.
• Participants: 1 Admin, 1 Office Manager, 2–3 Estimators.
• Use real Family Gutters estimates while keeping the paper process available as a fallback.
• Test tablet, PC, and at least one mobile device.
• Include online work, intentional connection loss, offline completion, reconnection, synchronization, version conflict, and Force Unlock scenarios.
• Compare measurements, SOW calculations, proposals, and JPG output against the current business process.
